Washing Dishes

I decided I needed to wash the stuff that was on top of the refrigerator so I could pack it. Since Keith has been working late I wanted to get something done. Emily wanted to help! So here are some pictures of her washing her dishes in the sink. She was doing this with me. She was having so much fun that when I told her we were all done she cried and cried!!!! She had so much fun she wanted to do it again today.

Today we decided to go to the beach! The weather was not so good. It was over cast and windy. The kids had fun anyway. We went with our friends Vikki & Zane and Lindsey & Emma. It was nice to just get out of the house and do something different. We will try again when the weather is better. Here are a few pictures.

Shuttle Launch

I thought I missed the shuttle so I ran outside to see if I could see anything. I noticed the neighbors down the street. So I came back inside to get Emily and as I was walking in the house I heard someone say there it is. So I grabbed the camera instead of Emily and ran out the front door and this is what I was able to get. I missed the actual shuttle but that is is the path it took. I did see the shuttle but was not able to get it with my camera, I was too late. By the way Emily was enjoying her milk and didn't even know I was gone for a split second! The pictures are a little blurry but it was all I could get that fast!!!!

Big Mess

Since Emily was coloring at her table I decided to update our blog. She decided to go over by her toys and dance to the music that was playing. Next thing I know she has moved on. She moved all her toys out of the way and opened the coffee table drawer. It is full of VHS tapes. She managed to take all of them out of the drawer one by one. As she took each one out she opened the case and took the tape out. So I guess I need to go clean up the BIG mess!!!! She is now playing with Dash right next to me again!

Cupcake

Emily has been trying to get in one of her two year molars and has not been eating very well. She normally is a very good eater. Emily finally ate a good dinner so I gave her a cupcake after dinner. She really enjoyed every bit! She was being such a ham for the camera I had a hard time picking which pictures to post.

Just Because

Here are some pictures of Emily riding her four wheeler at Mimi's house. We gave the four wheeler to my mom because we couldn't get it to work. Some how she was able to get it to work. Emily figured it out right away. She just doesn't know how to steer yet! The next set of pictures are just cute. The weather has been so nice lately so we have been taking advantage of the pool. These are pictures before we left for the pool.

New Trick

Emily's new favorite thing to do is to dump out her block on the floor so her Daddy will come over and sit on the floor and build with her. Once he is on the floor she doesn't want anything to do with the blocks. She just wants him on the floor so she can bounce on him. She thinks he is a trampoline!!!! It is so funny to watch her. She just giggles and giggles! It is really cute. She loves her Daddy!

Zoo

Last Monday we went to the zoo again. We went with our friends Nathalie & Julia. The girls enjoy each others company and play very well together. I just wish we lived closer to each other so the kids can play together more. If we ever find a house we will be closer. Nathalie hopefully soon that will happen! We let the girls play in the fountain after lunch and Emily really didn't want to get out. Enjoy!Emily & Julia

A few weeks ago Keith put blankets over the table and made Emily a fort. She really had fun crawling in and out. I am not sure who had more fun Emily or Daddy!!! She took all kinds of stuff in there too. The next day as soon as we came down stairs she was back in there playing.
