Buying our new house

Last Wednesday we purchased our new house and have been quite busy ever since! Here are some pictures of us signing our life away. Everything went smoothly. After we finished our closing Keith and I went out to the house and cleaned and unload our cars! Thursday my friend Lindsey and her daughter Emma came over to help. She lives in Palm City so she came over and we loaded her car up. Thursday afternoon the first trailer load came with all the bedroom furniture. We slept in our new house Thursday night. Emily slept with us since her bed wasn't here yet. No one got any sleep!!!! Friday I just worked here and unloaded boxes and put stuff away before the next trailer load came with the living room furniture and more boxes! So Saturday I worked some more while they went for another trailer load of stuff! Sunday we worked around the house all day until we had to go back to the townhouse for the last load and finish cleaning. Sunday Keith mowed 1 1/4 acres with a push mower! (It took him 4 hours!!!!!)It looks so nice.Keith signing!

Lindsey & Emma were our 1st visitors! Since we have been here we have had a house full of people. Friday night the realtor, Barbara, her husband and son stopped by with a house warming gift. Then followed my old neighbor Barbara. Then Kendal, Mike, Jordan, & Kylee came with dinner (pizza). If the house wasn't full enough at this point in comes Keith, Steve (Keith boss), & Andrew (Steve's nephew) with another load of stuff! We had fun. Then on Saturday night my mom, Grandma, & Bruce came over to celebrate Emily's 2nd birthday. My mom made dinner and Emily opened presents! Another fun night. It has been quiet since Sat but now we are getting ready for another house full of people on Sunday as we will have Emily's 2nd birthday party here at our new house!
